1. Custom Furniture Policy
All furniture pieces are custom-made to your specifications, measurements, and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, standard return policies do not apply. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
2. Quality Assurance
Before delivery, all furniture undergoes thorough quality inspection. We ensure that:
- All dimensions match the agreed specifications
- Materials and finishes meet our quality standards
- All mechanisms function properly
- The piece is free from manufacturing defects
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive furniture that is defective or damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will:
- Arrange for inspection of the item
- Repair the item at no cost to you, or
- Replace the item if repair is not possible
- Provide a full refund if replacement is not feasible
4. Measurement Errors
We take great care in measuring your space and creating furniture that fits perfectly. If there is a measurement error on our part that results in furniture that does not fit, we will work with you to modify or remake the piece at no additional cost.
5. Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of our furniture, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once production has begun. However:
- You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund minus any design fees
- Once production has started, cancellation may be subject to fees based on work completed
- We encourage you to review all specifications carefully before confirming your order
6. Warranty
All custom furniture comes with a warranty covering:
- Manufacturing defects: 2 years from delivery date
- Hardware and mechanisms: 1 year from delivery date
- Normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty
7. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Design fees and custom work fees may be non-refundable
